Icefot specializes in selling high-quality football jerseys without branding. We do not sell branded jerseys from companies such as Nike or Adidas. Our jerseys are sourced from reliable suppliers in China.

Order Fulfillment:

Orders placed on Icefot will be fulfilled by our suppliers in China. While we strive for accuracy in fulfilling orders, mistakes may occur. If you receive a branded jersey, such as Nike or Adidas, in error, please contact us immediately at support@icefot.se.

Misdelivered Items:

If you receive a branded jersey in error, it is the fault of our supplier. We do not accept responsibility for misdelivered items that are not in line with our product description. Please contact us promptly to resolve the issue.

Delivery Method and Times:

Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers in China. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but typically range from 8-12 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Our shipping method depends also from what country you are based in. we also are paying for the import duty so you do not have to spend any money from that because we are paying the taxes. 

Cancellation Right:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@icefot.se to initiate the cancellation process. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Warranty:

All products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
